Beef Bourguignon (GF/DF)

Melt in your mouth tender chunks of organic beef, free range & nitrate-free bacon and carrot, mushroom, onion & potato. All braised in a rich red wine sauce, made with local, organic & preservative free red wine and grass fed beef bone broth for those essential amino acids and that deep, rich umami flavour.

The beef is from Donna & Steve of Geo Organics, the free range bacon from Dirty Clean Foods, the veggies from Sophie & Daniel from Gathered Organics, the potatoes from Pete Horne, wine from Voyager Estate.
