Beef + Red Wine (GF/DF)

A rich and flavourful braised beef dish with onion, carrot, celery, potato and olives, all cooked in a herby red wine and bone broth sauce.

The organic beef is from Donna & Steve at Geo Organics, veggies from George @ Wren Farm Stall Karridale, Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics and potatoes from Pete Horne. The wine is organic and preservative free and from Voyager Estate.
