Beef Satay Curry (GF/DF) - FROZEN

It's creamy, peanutty and coconutty and has lots of fragrant and fresh spices. The veggies used are sweet potato, onion, sugarloaf cabbage, spinach, broccoli and peas.

Serve it with (coconut) rice & some pickled veg on the side, maybe some serundeng on top.

The beef is from Donna & Steve from Geo Organics, the veggies are from Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics and George @ Wren Farm Stall Karridale.
