Coconut Chicken Curry (GF/DF)

A delicious coconutty chicken curry spiced with a homemade organic spice mix à la Clive of India and lots of veggies like broccoli, pumpkin, sweet potato and silverbeet.

WA free range chicken thigh, veggies Sophie and Daniel @ Gathered Organics and from the Home Farm.

Everything but the free range WA chicken is organic - use by: 9 August 2026 (suitable for freezing)

Ingredients: free range chicken (37%), onion*, pumpkin*, broccoli*, sugarloaf cabbage*, coconut cream*, grass fed beef bone broth (grass fed beef bones & marrow, salt), sweet potato*, silverbeet*, sultanas*, spices*, ginger*, garlic*, tallow*, salt             *= organic ingredient 

Delivery schedule - every Wednesday:

• 8am - 11am:
  • Witchcliffe, Karridale, Augusta
    
• 11am – 3pm:
  • Margaret River, Cowaramup
  • Bunbury, Dalyellup, Capel
• 3pm - 6pm:
  • Busselton, Vasse, Dunsborough
• 4pm - 6.30pm:
  • Margaret River pick up
