Coconut Chicken Curry (GF/DF) - FROZEN

A delicious coconutty chicken curry spiced with a homemade organic spice mix à la Clive of India and lots of veggies like bok choy, pumpkin, sweet potato and carrot.

WA free range chicken thigh, veggies are from Sophie and Daniel @ Gathered Organics, Karen @ the Home Farm and George @ Wren Farm Stall Karridale.

Everything but the free range WA chicken is organic.

Ingredients: free range chicken (37%), onion*, pumpkin*, sugarloaf cabbage*, grass fed beef bone broth (grass fed beef bones & marrow, salt), sweet potato*, coconut cream*, bok choy*, carrot*, sultanas*, spices*, ginger*, garlic*, tallow*, salt            *= organic ingredient 

Delivery schedule - every Wednesday:

• 2pm - 6pm:
  • Bunbury, Dalyellup, Capel
    
• 4pm - 6.30pm:
  • Margaret River pick up
