A rich and flavourful beef stew with onion, carrot, celery, potato and olives, all cooked in a herby tomato and red wine sauce.

The organic beef is from Donna & Steve at Geo Organics, veggies from Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics and potatoes from Mel & Phil from Natural Farming Alliance. The wine is organic and preservative free and from Voyager Estate.
