Kashmiri Lamb Curry (GF/DF)

A warming and mild Kashmiri style curry with chunks of tender lamb, onion, potato, pak choy and carrot. 

Delicious with a dollop of yoghurt served with rice, (sweet) potato mash, pasta, bread....pretty much with everything!

The lamb is from Donna & Steve @ Geo Organics, the veggies are from Sophie & Dan @ Gathered Organics and Pat & Sally @ Wagtail's Market Garden. The potatoes are from Pete Horne.
