Soft eggplant with nutty chickpeas and veggies like eggplant, pumpkin, cauliflower, onion and wombok in a fragrant tomato based sauce with some cheeky sultanas.

• Delivery within 5km of Bussell Hwy (between Witchy & Augusta) & Karridale town centre
• Witchcliffe: Weds 8am – 11am
• Margaret River: Weds 11am – 3pm
• Cowaramup: Weds 2pm – 4pm
• Vasse & Busselton: Weds 3pm – 6pm
• Dunsborough: Weds 3pm - 6pm
