Lebanese Lamb (GF/DF) - FROZEN

A fragrant and warming stew with tender lamb with soft carrot, pumpkin, peas, the last of the sugarloaf cabbage and tomato.

Goes perfectly with rice, quinoa or flatbread and definitely needs a good dollop of (garlic & herb) yoghurt on top.

The lamb is from Donna & Steve from Geo Organics and the veggies from Sophie & Dan @ Gathered Organics and Karen @ The Home Farm.
