A classic and favourite for many. Simple, but delicious and super creamy! 

One container is enough for 2 serves.

The leek is from George Wren @ Wren Farm Stand Karridale, onions from Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics and the potatoes from Peter Horne.
