Spring has sprung!

A fresh and light lamb dish. Diced lamb cooked in white wine and fresh herbs with peas, onion, carrot, pumpkin & potato. 

Delicious topped with lots fresh mint, served on (sweet potato) mash.

The lamb is from Donna & Steve at Geo Organics, veggies from Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics and potatoes from Pete Horne.
